Check you are using the latest version by clicking on the Updates link at the top of KCC. Update by clicking the "Update" button on the update page of KCC.
REFRESH THIS PAGE TO ENSURE YOU ARE VIEWING THE LATEST INFORMATION

If you get any errors then the following will fix 99% of problems

1. Make sure you are using the latest version
2. Make sure your API login credentials are correct (no leading/trailing spaces/character?)
3. Google Search limiting? Check the "Unblock" box under the keyword entry box
4. Make sure your proxy settings have been configured - click "Configure Proxy" with blank form to auto configure them

16/02/2012 Incorrect (high/odd) results for keyords. It seems to be an issue at SEOMoz with the api returning "no data" flags. Ticket logged with SEOMoz to try and resove the problem.

25/01/12 Slow results or Throttling error messages
. SEOmoz recent cahnge to the ammount and spped of requests seems to have affected some but not all of the KCC installations. I have been unable to identify why only some are effected. However, I am rewriting the API call section of KCC to improve speed and fit beter with their new  system. I hope to have this completed  in the next 48 hours.

15/12/11 Error- Sorry I am unable To Asess This Keyword
. SEOmoz has changed the API. We are working on an update. This does not appaers to be a KCC issue. The problem seems to be only some SEOmoz accounts that are affected. These accounts no longer getting authorized when the API calls are made to SEOmoz. I have logged a call with SEOmoz and am awaiting information from them. 15/12/11 14:00 GMT ***RESOLVED

12/09/11 Cannot find FREE API SIGN-UP. SEOmoz has changed the layout of their sign-up page. You will now see a large advert for their paid SEO tools. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THAT OR THE FREE TRIAL. You will see a small link under the "start your free trial" button (or register for the SEOmoz community). Use that link to sign-up.
Upgrade to the latest version of KCC and it will now show two links on the API page.

2 Get Api - (get API  -scroll down!)

If you have any Proxy errors then initalize your proxy configuration. Just click the proxy config button on the Proxy page. Do not put anything in the form. It will configure NO PROXIES.

Displaying all zeros in the results - Update to latest version.  There may be an issue where the server and PC have a  time discrepancy that causes a timeout issue that results in no data being retireved and all zeros being displayed in the results. ***RESOLVED

13/06/11 07.39 GMT Domain name search is not working. It does not mass retreive the domain extensions. The links on the individual keywords still functions so you can check individual keywords. This is due to changes in the data source website. I am expecting to have this function back today. ***RESOLVED


13/06/11 07.40 GMT New SEOmoz accounts API are not working.Displays all zeros in the results. It is a problem at SEOmoz and is being worked on by SEOmoz. *****RESOLVED


01/01/11 20.50 Competition results are genarally lower than they should be. This results in many green keywords that should be yellow or even red.This is currently being investigated. it is likely a change in the source data web sites that will require an update of KCC.
